"I want to thank ServiceMaster Recovery Business for restoring my basement after a heavy spring rain. The immediate response prior to an insurance claim was fast and immediate. My basement was a priority. The employees were extremely kind and courteous and consistently checked on the equipment and progress. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to satisfaction and even helped navigate working with the insurance company. The crew went above & beyond my expectations regarding the water damage in my home. Drew Brauer and his colleagues were impressively competent handling the damage to my kitchen floor (a long-undetected water leak from dishwasher): they mediated with my insurance company (Nationwide) and with Schmidt Flooring. The work took a long time, roughly three months, but that was partly because I was out of state for the Christmas holidays, when workers COULD have begun (my sons weren't comfortable having workers in the house while I was away), and partly because the refinished floor needed two weeks to "cure" before furniture & appliances could be moved back into place. All in all, I feel very fortunate to have had ServiceMaster Recovery (aptly named) helping me through.
